About the project:

A degree project I loved to work in during Product Design class. The subject was about creating some kind of chair but with a new twist. The keywords to produce this object were: easily apilable+compact design+versatile+minimal look.

 

I designed a holow aluminium frame with some interesting textile with the common seat-belt retractile system. This way will alow multiple positions and heights with a single chair. Diagrams show a research about constant length using 2 focal elypses and a schematic force distribtion diagram.
